Simple Sauteed Radishes for Salads

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch radishes, leaves removed and radish parts quartered
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the radishes and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown -- about 4-6 minutes.
  3. Enjoy
