  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out without any batter on it (chocolate is to be expected)
  7. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
