Heat the olive oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until tender -- 8-10 minutes.
Push the Brussels sprouts to the side of the pan and add the garlic. Saute for 1 minute, until softened and then mix into the Brussels sprouts. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove pan from heat. Serve, and enjoy.
